COVID Policies

Our practice is committed to continuously providing a safe environment for our all our patients. 

FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL; 

• Please dress appropriately as we will have the AC turned on regularly to cool us down under all our layers of Personal Protective Gear.    
• Appointment times may be longer than usual as we safely provide dental care. Please allow extra time for your appointment. 
• Please reschedule if you are experiencing cold like symptoms or have had a fever with in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

DURING YOUR VISIT

• You may notice our team continues to wear additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is for your safety and ours. 
• We will ask you to use an oral mouth rinse prior to dental treatment. 
• We have many new technologies that are vital to keeping a safe working environment. This may include air filtration systems, aerosol / suctioning units, and additional mouth props or dental instruments. We are required to provide dental care utilizing these technologies.   

COVID-19 TREATMENT CONSENT ACKNOWLEGMENT 

• Our practice has always followed guidelines posted by the CDC, American Dental Association, and the Connecticut Dental Association. We adhere to strict disinfecting protocols for the safety of all at all times. 
• Our team works tirelessly to stay up to date regarding recommendations and requirements for safety measures when seeing and treating patients. 
• The risk(s) of contracting COVID-19 by being in the dental practice is extremely low.
